Join us.</div>About the Team:&nbsp; The Terrestrial Software team is building the foundation for an automated rocket factory and integrated launch platform. Their mission is to automate and streamline workflows across the entire lifecycle of Terran R, from raw material intake to launch operations and eventually manufacturing on Mars. Today, that means partnering directly with teams across design, materials, manufacturing, and test and launch to design, implement, and deploy end-user enterprise-wide applications, industrial automation, data analytics infrastructure, and next-generation AI to solve real problems and accelerate progress. Long term, the team is laying the groundwork for a modular, scalable software platform that can power highly autonomous operations on Earth and beyond. About the Role: The Sr Workday Integration Engineer is responsible for the technical design, development, testing, deployment, and support of Workday integrations, security, and reporting solutions. This role serves as a senior technical contributor responsible for building scalable, secure, and maintainable integrations between Workday and internal/external enterprise applications. This role partners with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into robust technical solutions while ensuring high quality through comprehensive testing and deployment practices. <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Design, develop, configure, test, deploy, and support complex Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, Document Transformation, and Workday Web Services.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into detailed technical solution designs and integration specifications.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Build scalable, reusable integration solutions that adhere to Workday development standards and enterprise integration best practices.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Design, configure, and maintain Workday security, including security groups, domain security policies, business process security, role-based access, and user assignments.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Develop advanced Workday custom reports, calculated fields, composite reports, and data sources to support integrations, analytics, and operational reporting.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Perform end-to-end integration testing, unit testing, user acceptance testing, and production validation while resolving defects throughout the software development cycle.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Troubleshoot integration failures using Workday integration event monitoring, logs, audit reports, and error diagnostics to identify root causes and implement permanent solutions.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Configure and maintain scheduled integrations, notifications, monitoring, and error-handling processes to ensure reliable production operations.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Support Workday tenant migrations and deployment activities across Sandbox, Preview, and Production environments.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Optimize existing integrations for performance, maintainability, scalability, and reliability.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Create and maintain technical documentation including interface specifications, mapping documents, sequence diagrams, deployment procedures, testing documentation, and operational support guides.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Collaborate closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, IT, and third-party vendors during solution design, development, testing, and production support.</li> </ul> About You: <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">5+ years of Workday experience with deep expertise in Workday development and solution design (HCM, Payroll, Time, Absence, etc.)</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Workday technical development experience with a strong focus on integration development</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Expert-level experience developing Workday Orchestrate, Extend, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Web Services, and Workday Wellness solutions</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Strong experience designing REST and SOAP APIs</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Advanced knowledge of Workday business objects, data models, integration architecture, and interface design best practices</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Extensive experience creating advanced Workday reports, calculated fields, custom objects, and report-based integrations</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Strong understanding of Workday Security architecture, including domain security policies, security groups, business process security, and role-based access control</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience with integration monitoring, troubleshooting, performance improvement, and production support</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Proficiency with release management and Agile/Scrum development practices</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose complex integration and security issues</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Workday Integration certifications and/or Workday Studio certification are highly preferred</li> </ul> Nice to haves but not required:&nbsp;
