Our team will perform and support a multitude of security-centric tasks both in the traditional and ‘non-standard’ realm given the unique mission of our company. Our team will leverage relationships with internal and external partners to establish and maintain the most effective protective posture to help ensure the future success of Relativity Space</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong><span data-contrast="none">About the Role:</span></strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">2+ years of experience in a law enforcement, military, security, or customer service role</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Must be knowledgeable and cross-trained of all duties associated with site-specific reception/lobby </span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Maintains the appearance of the lobby assuring it is always organized and clean; summon the janitorial or maintenance staff when needed </span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and organizational skills in managing calendar, emails, inventory, and equipment </span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Experienced in utilizing visitor management to process visitors, contractors, and employees; issue new/replacement/temporary access cards per established site procedures; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Maintain confidentiality, discretion, and appropriate professionalism</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Assists in maintaining ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) compliance by ensuring adherence to Relativity Space company policies and procedures, works closely with the legal team</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Works closely with Human Resources department to ensure proper execution of employee offboarding and account deactivations including revoking access to company facilities and collecting company property</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Monitor CCTV, access-control, assist with video reviews, and other physical security systems</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong><span data-contrast="none">About You:</span></strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Experience within customer service and working with Executives</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Experience using visitor management systems</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Ability to multi-task, change direction quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment while working with minimum supervision</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
