Based in Europe, you will run end-to-end hiring across Sales and Corporate functions globally, working closely with hiring managers and supported by the wider Talent Acquisition team.</p> <p>This is a great opportunity to build your career in talent acquisition. You will bring a technology-enabled approach to talent acquisition, helping us attract and hire exceptional talent efficiently and consistently.</p> <p>In this role, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Deliver end-to-end recruitment across a portfolio of roles (req intake → offer), maintaining pace, quality, and accountability at every stage</li> <li>Work in partnership with hiring managers, running structured intake sessions and helping define success profiles and hiring approaches</li> <li>Follow and help strengthen our hiring processes, ensuring consistent, structured, and inclusive interview practices</li> <li>Use Greenhouse ATS as your core operating system, maintaining high data integrity, pipeline visibility, and reporting accuracy</li> <li>Help keep workflows, scorecards, and interview kits up to date and fit for purpose</li> <li>Support the build and execution of proactive talent strategies</li> <ul> <li>Build and nurture pipelines across active and passive talent</li> <li>Gather market insights and competitor mapping to inform our hiring approach</li> </ul> <li>Use AI and modern sourcing techniques to increase your productivity and reach,</li> <li>Apply AI tools for sourcing & screening</li> <li>Experiment with automation and data insights to improve funnel efficiency</li> <li>Deliver an exceptional candidate experience acting as a candidate ambassador from first touch to offer</li> <li>Manage multiple requisitions with discipline and structure</li> <ul> <li>Prioritise effectively, keep clear hiring plans, and maintain momentum</li> </ul> <li>Contribute to the TA function by supporting global projects (e.g. process improvement, employer branding, interview excellence)</li> <li>Champion Nozomi Networks’ culture and values, bringing trust, transparency, and high performance to all hiring activity</li> </ul> <p>To be successful in this opportunity, you will have:</p> <ul> <li>Some experience in full lifecycle recruitment, ideally within a high-growth, high-tech environment. Global exposure is a plus.</li> <li>Exposure to hiring for Sales and/or Corporate roles</li> <li>Comfortable working with hiring managers and contributing to hiring decisions</li> <li>Hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS is strongly preferred to limit ramp time, including reporting, workflows, and stakeholder support</li> <li>Familiarity with AI tools in recruitment (sourcing, screening, automation), or a keen interest in learning them</li> <li>Working understanding of structured interviewing and assessment best practices</li> <li>Ability to manage several searches at once, maintaining quality and pace</li> <li>Data-minded, with an interest in turning insights into action</li> <li>Highly organised, proactive, and execution-focused</li> <li>Commercially curious, with developing judgement on candidate quality and market dynamics</li> <li>Comfortable working in a remote environment, with flexibility across time zones</li> <li>Any exposure to Cybersecurity is welcome (OT/IoT a plus, not essential)</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>Who we are and what we stand for:</strong></p> <p>Nozomi Networks is the leader in OT and IoT Cybersecurity.
